     3.Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that meeting entry or exit requirements is your responsibility. We simply provide facilitation and guidance for the e-ticket process.

3. User Responsibilities

     1.Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete, correct, and up-to-date information as required for the e-ticket application.

     2.Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing travel to and from the Dominican Republic.

     3.Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to use our Site and Services.

4. Fees & Payment

     1.Service Fees: We may charge a fee for our facilitation services. The cost will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

     2.Refunds: Any refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once an application has been submitted to the relevant authority, refunds may not be available.

5. Intellectual Property

     1.Ownership: All content, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials on our Site are owned or licensed by us.

     2.Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site and Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

     2.Total Liability: Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

     3.No Liability for Government Decisions: We are not responsible for government decisions or actions taken by Dominican Republic immigration authorities. Approval or rejection of an e-ticket form is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.
